To carry out the mission of Reconciliation! Ministries International, Inc., the leadership team has as it goals:

1. To build an apostolic team that will provide leadership and oversight for Reconciliation! and its affiliates.
2. To establish a fellowship of churches that shares the vision of Reconciliation! while remaining congregational autonomy.
3. To actively engage in missions and church planting efforts, both nationally and internationally.
